Tasty Chinese rice recipe
HOW TO MAKE RICE RECIPE
Ingredients:.
2 cups of cooked rice
1/2 cup of diced carrots
2 cups of cooked rice 1/2 cup of frozen peas
1/2 cup of diced onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a wok or a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the wok and heat over high heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the diced carrots and frozen peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the rice is heated through.
Add the scrambled eggs, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chinese Fried Rice!
Note: You can also add other ingredients to the fried rice such as diced chicken, shrimp, or ham, as well as other vegetables such as diced bell pepper or corn kernels, depending on your taste and preference
