Making Chinese juice




Ingredients:


2 Chinese pears

2 tablespoons of goji berries

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of honey (optional)


Instructions:



Rinse the goji berries and soak them in a bowl of water for 10-15 minutes to soften them.

Peel and core the Chinese pears, and chop them into small pieces.

Add the chopped pears, softened goji berries, and 1 cup of water into a blender or juicer. Blend until smooth.

If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a tablespoon of honey and blend again.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve chilled.
