1 pineapple, peeled and cubed

2 mangoes, peeled and cubed

1 cup raspberries

1 cup blackberries

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup water

1 cinnamon stick

2 star anise

Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions


Combine all the prepared fruits in a large bowl and toss gently.


In a saucepan, bring the honey, water, ginger slices, cinnamon stick, and star anise to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves.


Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the mixture has thickened and becomes syrupy.


Remove the ginger, cinnamon, and star anise from the syrup, and let the syrup cool.
